“My first yoga practice began in 2000—but according to my mother, it started in the womb!”
I've been teaching since 2004, after years of study and practice with my beloved teacher—and husband—American Yoga Master Larry Schultz (1951-2011), most known for his position as Yoga mentor to the Grateful Dead. Our work has taken me all over the world, and yet, every journey leads back to the mat.
Yoga is a science, and when we commit to its foundations, we open ourselves to infinite possibilities.
It supports us through life’s ups and downs with grace, trust, and unwavering strength.
Now, after years of traveling to share the It's Yoga system, I’ve planted new roots. This school in Toledo is the first of its kind, a sanctuary dedicated to excellence in teaching and transformation.
We are here to help you rise—to your highest potential—through time-tested practices, compassionate mentorship, and a loving community.
