  • Not at all! This course is designed specifically to break down the foundations. We start from the very basics—like measuring your alignment and understanding your breath—so it's perfect for beginners or advanced practitioners looking to refine their technique.

  • For the "Hands & Feet" lesson, you will need a tape measure, a sharpie pen, and a yardstick. For the physical practice, a yoga mat is essential. We also recommend having two yoga blocks nearby to help with alignment during the Sun Salute breakdown.

  • The lessons are designed to be concise and impactful. Most breakdowns last between 5 to 15 minutes, while the "Minimum Daily Requirement Sequence" is crafted to fit into your busy schedule as a complete daily practice.

  • Drishti is your focal point. In yoga, where your eyes go, your attention follows. Learning correct gaze points is an "essential" because it dramatically improves your balance and keeps your mind from wandering during the flow.
