It's Yoga has trained more than one thousand teachers in the seven years that we have been offering Teacher Training. Our Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training program is a practical training designed to make you a confident and effective Ashtanga Yoga Teacher - for all levels of students.

The trainings include the opportunity to learn five different routines based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition. The routines range in skill level from the basic beginner to the most advanced. We will share our expretise about marketing, pricing, teaching group or private classes, and setting up your own yoga school. Interest in yoga is growing along with the demand for qualified yoga teachers. The purpose of this program is to provide a supportive environment in which you begin to connect with your inner teacher, your internal wisdom and authentic voice. Through pranayama, asana practice, mind-body journaling, group conversation, reading and guided meditation, you will practice the essential process of conscious listening to your own higher self. The training is designed to provide you with a solid foundation of knowledge and information with which you can confidently and effectively facilitate an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class for beginners.

The new Rocket Training just graduated its first Rocket teachers, led by Reed Taylor. There was much positive feedback from the premiere session graduates. The Rocket Intensive 3 week new session meets:
March 14 - April 4

Subsequent Rocket Teacher Trainings meet:
May 23 - June 13
July 5 ­ July 26
August 15 ­ September 5
October 10 ­ November 7

The Rocket Training is a 3 week intensive that meets:
Monday - Friday from 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm
