It’s Yoga’s Summer Newsletter

With all that’s been going on, I realized two months has gone by without one newletter…so, here is what’s been going on here in San Fran these last months.

First, for those of you who know Katie Cariffe, she has had her baby girl Sweet Sofia has arrived and is doing well. Its amazing to see how relaxed and calm she is, all the yoga Katie did really paid off! Click here for a picture.

The studio has been bursting with fresh energy from the last three trainings that were going on simultaneously. This most recent 28 day class of June/July 2005 has blown us away. With students from 6 different countries: Japan, France, Turkey, England, Mexico, and Singapore, and 4 States if you count Oakland, California. The synergy among them has inspired many great exchanges.

The weekend training lasted for 9 fast weekends and ended with a fun graduation party filled with new yoga friends. We would like to run another this fall if enough people sign up, please inform us of any interest soon. In the first four months, It’s Yoga’s worldwide have graduated over 150 new yoga practioners. Click here for pictures of the Teacher Trainings.

Also, the second class of Rocket trainers graduated and Reed took off for Sweden to do a two week training at It’s Yoga in Stockholm - he’s now recovering in Spain. We expect him back July 9th and the next Rocket training takes off on July 11.

Getting our exchange program going has been fun. Amy Williams from Provo made a quest appearance for the June 28-day training while Michele Barocchi, from It’s Yoga Florence was came met the weekend group. Amber Espelage from It’s Yoga, Cincinnati was here for 2 weeks helping out while Ana Desvignes from Yogahe in Mexico is here now teaching classes and helping out with the July teacher training. While I’m in Puerto Rico for the next ten days, it feels good to know that Ana will be here with the rest of the It’s Yoga SF tribe to keep it all together. I know you will enjoy her classes as well as the other guest teachers we have been visiting this summer. We also welcome Bear Tobin here from Phoenix who has been helping out in such a big way. A big thank you to him for all his hard work!

And finally, one of the most exciting pieces of the puzzle for me, is to watch David and Elizabeth’s growth in Puerto Rico. In the last five months, they have already enrolled over 140 members and started their first TT with 11 people. We have decided to move the Manifesting Your Dream Workshop to Puerto Rico for New Years. For those who are interested, please let us know soon, so we can begin to plan. It is sure to be an amazing time. I’m off tonight for to visit them and help out with their training. I’m looking forward to taking a break!

May the summer be bountiful, beautiful, and blessed times for all of us.

Namaste,

Larry
