Dear It’s Yoga Friends, Family and Fans,

Sending out a big Namaste to all of you. It’s been awhile since our last newsletter, so I’m happy to check in and let you know what’s new at It’s Yoga.

As this year comes to a close, we look back in gratefulness to all of the blessings we’ve been bestowed. We’ve had 22 trainings happen in all of the It’s Yoga’s graduating practitioners in the IY system. We’ve introduced the Rocket Training this year, an 150 hour training in learning the philosophy, technique and instruction of the Rocket; this bringing us another step closed to our dream of a 500 hour certification program.

We’ve had students come to study with us from over 10 countries and 7 states. As our circles grew, our program grew, and now is developing into one of the foremost programs to study Ashtanga in the West. The program has grow to include 5 incredibly qualified, experienced teachers with their expertise in Anatomy, Ayuveda, Philosophy and History. Our website is under construction as get together our faculty page and other additions to the information we provide about the training.

Thank you to all of the former students out there who have kept the spirit alive, sharing your experiences of the training and your time at It’s Yoga, San Francisco. We’ve appreciated your emails and messages; know we always love to hear from you here at home base! And also, the blessing of an angel in the IY Yoga Baby Sofia, who you all know is growing into a more and more incredible teacher each day. Stay tuned, updates to the schedule for the 2006-year classes, programs, and workshops. We look forward to a Holiday season filled with the good stuff, the warmth, the sharing, and the heart associated with this time of year.

Many blessings to you as we transition together into 2006. It’s Yoga Promises to bring many new surprises to the table next year.

With love,
Larry and the IY Clan
