It's Yoga Stockholm Rocket Workshop
April 7 - 17th
A Swedish twist to this intensive training with Larry and Marie and the It's Yoga Stockholm pioneers, Catarina and Edwin.
We will share our expertise in teaching the Rocket to beginners, and inviting people into the Yoga Flow.
We will explore the Rocket Routines with attention to technique, modifications, and meditation. The Its Yoga team
intends to give support, knowledge and insights into the Ashtanga Vinyasa system, from a Western perspective.

It's Yoga Firenze Rocket Training
September 10-17
For teachers and practioners of Yoga throughout Europe to explore the Rocket Routines with the creator of the Rocket sequence, Larry Schultz.
One of the more advanced practitioners of the Rocket, Marie Hajjar, will demonstrate the mechanics of flight, and ways to build strength using
the bandha, breath, dristi connection. In this 50 hour training, we will have to space to share insights into the Rocket routines and how
to teach this challenging routine to all levels of students. We will have space for afternoon excursions and the weekend in Tuscany!
