Family Yoga: all ages
Enjoy healthy family fun with individual and group yoga poses, creative breathing exercises, and relaxing connection time. Designed for ages 2 years and up and open to all family members and caregivers.

It's Yoga, Baby™: ages newborn-12mo
Introduce
your baby to the many benefits of yoga from the beginning of
life. This sweet program includes yoga movement, songs and infant massage for babies
that enrich their development and deepen
the parent/caregiver and child bond.
It's Yoga, Toddlers™: ages 2-3yrs
Playful
and fun, young children with a parent or caregiver, lay the foundation
for yoga with animal yoga poses, songs, stories, and games that help
develop positive life skills.
It's Yoga, Pre-K™: ages 3-5yrs
Creative and fun, these classes stimulate imagination, maintain
flexibility and develop conscious breathing. Our unique approach
combines yoga poses with songs, stories, games and relaxation
techniques.
It’s Yoga, Kids™: ages
5-7yrs
These fun and engaging classes explore yoga poses, cooperative
games, breathing and relaxation exercises and convey lessons
in self-expression, body-awareness, and social skills. Non-competitive
and fun, students develop strength, flexibility, concentration
and confidence.
Rocket Kids™: ages 8-13yrs
Kids lengthen and strengthen their bodies with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and simple relaxation techniques. Along with partner poses and fun yoga activities that build trust and positive communication, Rocket Kids™ are on top of the world!
IYK Teens™: ages 14-17yrs
Developing their bodies and their minds teens build strength and flexibility with flowing yoga postures, balancing poses, visualization and relaxation. Self-reflection and peer interaction create a supportive environment to nourish confidence, body appreciation and connectedness.
Special Needs: all ages
Yoga has been shown to help children who have varying disabilities
and impairments. Gentle and therapeutic, yoga is both safe
and helpful for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity
Disorder (ADHD), Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Autism and
other developmental or learning disabilities.
Incorporating principles from Yoga for the Special Child™,
our therapeutic program includes an integrated series of balanced
yoga poses to increase body awareness, strength and flexibility.
Specialized breathing exercises and relaxation techniques
help improve concentration and focus.
